Shipments are made by GLS express courier in 5-6 working days.
You will automatically receive an e-mail from our courier when the goods leave our warehouse, so you can track your shipment in real time.
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays.
The TELEPHONE NOTICE service is not provided.
What happens if the courier does not find me at home?
In the absence of the recipient, the courier will send an e-mail with the "non-delivery" notice containing the shipment data. By following the link in the email it will be possible within 5 days of receipt of the same, to reschedule the delivery at no additional cost to the recipient.
Any release or redelivery of goods due to incorrect addresses or unknown recipient, non-availability of the mark, or any other cause due to negligence in the compilation of the data requested by our site, will be fully charged to the recipient and must be paid before delivery of the goods.
Can I indicate a delivery address different from mine?
In case of difficulty to be found at home, you can indicate a delivery address where it is possible to deliver the package more safely; for example, work or an acquaintance. It is possible to use the Fermo Deposito service, provided free of charge by the courier. In this case, the goods must be picked up at one of the courier's branches.
